Why did you choose the University of Pittsburgh?

I chose Pitt because I really liked all of the research opportunities available, from basic science to translational work. There are so many labs with really really interesting and exciting research to choose from that narrowing it down to 4 rotations is going to be a challenge, but I think that this is a good thing because of all the options we have. I also really liked the faculty and students I met with on my interview and felt that I could fit into such a welcoming environment.
