Why did you choose the University of Pittsburgh?
I started graduate school at Vanderbilt University and transferred to the Univeristy of Pittsburgh following the recruitment of my mentor. I was encouraged to transfer because of the exceptional expertise in both virology and microbial pathogenesis at the University of Pittsburgh.
